Located on the top of a hill with a soil of low cultivating potential, the vineyard elaborates small sized well balanced grapes. This wine is obtained from a direct pressing of the grapes under cool temperatures. Fermentation time varies between 12 and 18 days at low temperatures (18 to 22°C). An ageing on fine lees, for at least four months, allows for an extraction of more fruit and roundedness. Nose of fine and subtle aromas, floral notes enriched with dry fruits.
